Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and rights. If you wish to delete your Private Files Access & Share account and all associated data, you can do so through the app or by submitting a request here.

Option 1: Delete via App

1. Open the Private Files Access & Share App.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap on Edit Profile or Settings.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Request Deletion

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at:

[email protected]

Please include your registered email address or username. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data Deletion Consequences

• All your shared links and files will be permanently deleted.
• Your reward points and history will be wiped.
• This action cannot be undone.
