1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

You retain ownership of any files, links, or content you share ("User Content"). However, by uploading, you grant us a license to host and display this content to your intended recipients. You agree NOT to upload or share:

Illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Malware or viruses.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. Points & Payments

Our service uses a virtual currency ("Points") for unlocking certain features or content.

Points can be purchased or earned via ads.
Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases are final and processed via Google Play Billing.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service structure, code, and branding are the exclusive property of DigiHeadway.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding prohibited content.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
